> i send a video of the card with flash, proof of packing (item next to letter with your address on it) and proof of mailing (either post office receipt or video of me throwing letter into the post box)

> bigger items are sent in a sleeve between cardboard and a larger envelope
> i put tape over addresses so they can be smudged
> i put the first letter of the idol in the envelope and a symbol on letters to help me remember who it is (baekhyun card -> B. :) )
